The Process
It all starts with an initial meeting—an assessment where you get to tell your story. Next, we will explore your challenges, successes, and “perceived” failures. You will learn how your failures are the foundation for your success.
It will be essential for us to review your recovery experience and discuss recovery modalities and technologies. This will help us understand the underlying issues and allow for possible medical, psychiatric, cognitive therapy, pain management referrals. We may also discuss the power of recovery community – sober living environments - family of origin work – awareness practice –and most importantly, the keys to creating and maintaining an engaging, robust recovery.
My coaching process is straightforward. I meet my clients where they are at the moment. Together with my clients, we create a tailored plan of action. If you’re willing to do the work, great transformation is possible. All it takes is an open mind and a willingness to be guided.
